Every Medeiros power boat is guaranteed to the original purchaser by the manufacturer to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and serviced for a period of one full year from the date of delivery.

During this period warranty repairs will be made without charge by Medeiros Boat Works Limited, in Oakville, Ontario, or at Medeiros Boat Works Limited option, by an authorized Medeiros power boat dealer. Freight costs will be borne by the owner. Factory authorization must precede any warranty service performed by the dealer.

This warranty does not apply to. (1) Engines. drive trains. controls, props. batteries or other equipment or accessories carrying their own individual warranties; (2) Engines. parts or accessories not installed by Medeiros Boat Works Limited; (3) Window breakage or leaks, gelcoat finish, blisters, cracks or crazing; (4) Hardware, vinyl tops, vinyl and fabric upholstery, plastic. metal or wood; (5) Any Medeiros power boat that has been altered. subjected to misuse. negligence or accident, or used for racing purposes; (6) Any Medeiros power boats used for commercial purposes; (7) Any defects caused by failure of the customer to provide reasonable care and maintenance.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Medeiros Boat Works Limited. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with Medeiros Boat Works Limited. The policy of Medeiros Boat Works Limited is one of continuing improvement. Accordingly. all equipment and specifications in this brochure are subject to change without notice or obligation.
